Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Beverly Beauty. 

Our product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Beverly Beauty will accept all refund requests if you are not entirely satisfied with our products within 30 days of receiving the item.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email our team at beverlybeautyco@outlook.com for a refund. Please remember to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any items.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or neglect, Beverly Beauty will not provide an exchange or refund.

Refunds and exchanges may take up to 10 business days to be processed after we receive your return. Refunds (excluding the delivery fee charge) will be made against the original payment method used.

Change of Mind 

If you have changed your mind, we may offer a refund provided that the refund:

  • is made within 30 days of purchase
  • you are able to provide a receipt for proof of purchase

Damaged / Faulty Items 

If the goods you received are damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange the items or offer a refund.
